How can I buy crypto?
Register an account, verify your email, use the calculator to choose the amount and asset you want, provide your wallet address, and confirm the order. You will receive payment instructions to complete the purchase by bank transfer.
Do I need an account?
Yes. An account lets you track your orders, receive status updates, and keeps a record of your transaction history.
Why do I need to verify my email?
Email verification confirms we can reach you with order updates and protects your account from being created with an email you do not own.
How long does an order take?
Once payment is received and confirmed, orders are typically processed within a few hours. Complex cases may require additional verification.
What wallet address should I provide?
Provide the receiving address for the exact cryptocurrency and network you selected. Double-check both — crypto transactions cannot be reversed.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled while they are still awaiting payment. Once payment has been received, contact support.
What happens if I enter the wrong wallet address?
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. VayFinance cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address, so please verify the address and network carefully before confirming your order.
Which cryptocurrencies are supported?
We currently support BTC, ETH and USDC. More assets may be added over time.
Which networks are supported?
Depending on the asset: Bitcoin, ERC20, TRC20, Polygon, and Solana.
